Not allowed to post Woodmart Templates

I’m trying to upload Woodmart Templates from the library, but when I press “+” the page will just load (your infinity symbol). I have tried to disable all plugins that are not related to the theme without success. The problem persists. What can I do?

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG

If you use the child theme, deactivate and check the issue.

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

I have tried disabling the Child Theme and all plugins except the ones you mention. Unfortunately, it still does not work. Have a look at the video linked in the private content.
