detect that the problem is when sending the mail to the client (Order waiting). The client makes a first order and the mail arrives, but if he immediately makes another order, the mail does not reach him and so if he continues to place more orders.
Today I made several tests to place orders and it does not always send the order confirmation email to the client … I tried going back in the same browser and apparently it does not have a process of logging out to the mail delivery system.
also when I change the status of an order to CANCELED the product does not update the stock again.
Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by Woocommerce.
