Ordering Product Shop

Hi, I would like to know how I can order the products I want on the shop page

Thanks for reaching to us.

1. Go to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Catalog > set the default product sorting.

2. Try to use a Custom Layout for Product archive pages and add the Products (grid or carousel) widgets in the page builder and you can use Orderby option https://prnt.sc/-pZtqrsevro4

Maybe I didn’t explain myself well, I want to be able to decide to show the products in the order I want on the shop page.
I want to decide the location, not necessarily by following an ID, Author, or Date.
Isn’t it possible to do this? It seems weird to me
