Owl Carousel stopped working

Hello,

I had set up this one-page site, showed it to the client and it was working a few weeks ago. Now he asked me to add some elements, I visited the site and realized the owl carousels are no longer working. Console displays a gazilion of those:

jQuery.Deferred exception: $(...).owlCarousel is not a function TypeError: $(...).owlCarousel is not a function

Any help would be really appreciated, thanks.
