Page Link

Hello,

I want to link a newly created page in the bottom section and I don’t know how to create HTML code and link it.
I create the “REFUND” page just want to link in the footer. How I can do it? please help me.

HTML block is the WP Bakery page builder template, you create a link in the same way as if you put it on the page.
