Hi, I have a problem with the loading of the page of one of my products in my store. It is important to mention that in this page I have created some custom html content blocks before the content and also I am using a custom design template for this product.

What happens is once the page loads, the visual content that appears is very erratic, it is presented in a messy and unpleasant way, as you can see in the images.

It happens for both desktop and mobile version

The product page in question is https://wordpress-886594-3309724.cloudwaysapps.com/producto/leggings-moldeadores/

and you can see that the home page of the same site loads cleanly https://wordpress-886594-3309724.cloudwaysapps.com/

I would like the product page to also load cleanly like the home page..

How can i fix this? infinite thanks for your help

It is important to mention that when I refer to “when the page loads” I am referring only to the first seconds of loading before the content is fully loaded and available.

Please clear the browser cache and server cache and try again.

What I was referring to with this query is the visual aspect in the first 3 seconds of loading, the image shown is of the page with a disordered structure, I repeat, I am talking about the first 3-4 seconds of loading, in the Images attached are proof of what the screen looks like in these first 3 seconds, even in the video you provided me you can see the problem..

    Hi,

In general, our theme is already optimized and doesn’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images or other resources. So we suggest you remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like Better WordPress Minify and a caching plugin like WP Super Cache. Be sure that JS and CSS minification is enabled in Theme Settings -> Performance. Also, you can use the GTmetrix tool to see what makes your website slow and optimize these parts of your website.

    Best Regards.
