Sorry to say but actually, under the Dashboard > Layouts > there was a Custom Layout enabled for the Archive pages which is why you weren’t able to see the Page Title Bar because there was some custom style content added on those Archive pages in those Layouts. So, for the time being we have disabled those Layouts and now the Page title shows fine on Archive pages on your Site.
Please check back your Site after completely clearing the browser and server cache.
