    Account reset don’t work.

    Hello,

    Could you please check how it works with the default WordPress theme? Because the “Password reset” functionality is related to WooCommerce and our theme doesn’t influence it.

    Hello,

    Just enable the default WordPress theme (e.g Storefront) via Appearance -> Themes -> Add new and check there the “Password reset” functionality.

    Hello,

    If you don’t receive the email by using the default theme, then try to contact your hosting provider for help because this may be a problem on their side.
