    Hi there,

    I have a staging site (link attached) that when trying to update the theme I’m getting this message. I’ve red a support thread here with the same problem that you have solved, Could you help me?

    Hello,

    Try to do the following to update the theme:

    1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.

    2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.

    4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

    Please, deactivate the theme now and send us your admin access and the purchase code so we can try to do this for you.

    Try to activate the theme and update it on your live website now.
    Your staging admin dashboard is not loading for us.

    Staging need a bit of patience to get in. I’ll try to fix it.

    But if you tell me what to do on the Theme, I can do it

    We just followed the instruction and it works well. Please, try to do this on your staging also

    1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.

    I’m still having the same problem with STAGING SITE, we have doubled the SPECs for the server and still no update.

    In this case, please, download the latest version in your account on ThemeForest and upload it to your website via Appearance -> Themes -> Add new.
