Persanalize mobile menu

1- Can i personalize the mobile menu with you theme ?
I would like to add the logo on it like this website for exemple : https://www.elsan.care/fr/clinique-estree/chirurgie .

2 – Can i create a html block for the mobile menu ?

The mobile menu does not support the mega menu. You can add the logo to the mobile view of the header, however, it is not possible to add it to the mobile menu.
