Play button not working

Hello. In the video widget, play button not working. Also overlay image doesn’t show when page cached. Can you help please?

Hello. It is working in Storefront theme (Check hidden content). Also for debugging i deactivated WP Rocket.

Please provide the login URL, when I try to enter the site with wp-admin, I am redirected to the home page.

We will need permission for plugin deactivation, switching to the parent, or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

Yes. It is not working on both theme. How can i fix that? Can you suggest any way?

Hello,

It means that WoodMart does not influence the issue. You can try to disable overlap one section on another and check if it would work.
