Please HELP ME ! :(

Hello , ı have no experience about themes and wordpress . I downloaded theme and paid 60 dollar . ı devestated everything and reseted website more then 3-4 times . It is not accepting my license code and ı can not restart . and ı can not upload my theme . how can ı recover it . did my money went to garbage ? pelase help
