To add an Order Tracking button, go to > Pages > Add New, create a new page, and insert the shortcode:
[woocommerce_order_tracking]
Then, you can add this page to your main menu (including the mobile menu) via Appearance > Menus.
To remove the Brand Filter, navigate to Appearance > Widgets > Shop page widget area and remove the Brands Filter widget.

02. Navigate to WoodMart > Header builder > edit default header (highlighted star icon) or you can go through the admin bar directly.

If you don’t understand anything at all, I suggest you give up on building your site with WordPress + WooCommerce. Most of your problems aren’t just site-building issues; you simply don’t know how to read any manuals. Most problems could be handled if you carefully read the guides, for example the link WoodMart support sent you.
Believe me, your site will crash frequently in the future — that’s inevitable. If you don’t read any manuals, you’ll be helpless.
I recommend you use Shopify, or hire an expert to fully build your site and meet any of your requirements within 48 hours.

Scroll to Currency options and select your preferred currency (e.g., USD).
To change currency, Currency is the Woocommerce functionality, and WoodMart does not provide any option to change currency somehow. You will need to search for a plugin for this purpose.
