Is there a way on the content of the hot spot module to be able to put a personalized link or a search by brand rather than a product?

Add the Image Hotspot widget in the page builder >You can add the content type “product” or add custom text and insert the link.

Edit Hotspot Widget and in the style tab you can change the icon from Image Hotspot Setting. There are only two icon styles for pointing to the Hotspot “Default” or “Alternative”.
