Polylang help with translation

Hi, I figured out everything how to translate with Polylang and only below thing is left, can you help me out?

It’s coming from woodmart header Text/HTML and even I tried HTML block: https://imgur.com/a/olteZrd

Can you help me with this? Waiting for Polylang support for more than 3 days and no reply

Our theme does not support Polylnag in full. That is why we always suggest WPML. We do not have any instruction on how to translate the top row, please contact the plugin support. As a wayout, I would suggest to create two headers for both languages and set in the pages accordingly: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/set-different-header-specific-page/
