pop up for top bar menu

I need to use the pop up shown in the attachment as a pop-up for “contact us” in home page top bar menu. What I need to do?? Do I need to install any third party pluggins??

You can create HTML block, insert the Popup element and configure as per your needs, then insert HTML ID in the place where you want button calling popup to show.

Yes, insert the HTML block element in the top bar in the Header Builder and choose the created HTML http://prntscr.com/li8gcd then http://prntscr.com/li8gip and http://prntscr.com/li8gnq

You will get the button calling the popup element in the top bar.

1. Remove Contact form menu item your topbar menu in Appearance > Menu.

2. Make full-width row in your HTML bloch. Why do you make it 4 columns? Enter the popup element and insert text which you want to be displayed in the top bar instead of “contact-form-popup”

3. Insert the HTML block on the right from the menu.
