Previous version download

Hi, can i download previous verion of the theme if in case damaged my website with the new update, do i have the option to download the previous version and upload again to my website? If yes then from where the is the previous version download file

Please make the full backup of your site and export the theme setting in the Theme Settings > Export/import, also export your headers and save sidebar content from text blocks if any.
