Problem in button menu in version mobile

When i click on the burger menu , the menu doesn’t appear at once et “#” is added on my page URL, and I should click a second time then only the menu appears

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

We still see external plugins turned on. Please, keep them temporarily disabled.
