Problem with Points and Rewards for WooCommerce

Hello,
I have installed the Easy Loyalty Points and Rewards for WooCommerce plugin and on the product page the points that you will get for the purchase appear correctly, also in the user panel, all correct. The problem comes when you are in the cart page and the checkout, in both places do not appear the messages to redeem points.
If I deactivate the cart and checkout layouts it works correctly, as you can see in the attached images.
Once the layouts are activated, the messages to redeem points do not appear.
I have tried to create a new cart and checkout layout, but the problem is not solved, so it is a problem with your template, not with the add-on.
How can we fix it so that it works correctly?

I also tried activating Store Front and it works perfectly.

This is WoodMart builder for Woocommerce and most likely your plugin is not compatible with this Woocommerce builder.

Hi,
thank you for your quick response. I have already disabled the custom template, as you saw in the attached images, the plugin works by disabling them. I have tried 5 points and rewards plugins and none of them work with the theme. There is no other solution? I like how the templates are and when I create a new one the problem persists. Thank you

I am afraid it is not possible to use the plugin with the custom template, the plugin assumes the default structure of the Woocommerce template and it conflicts the custom structure of the template.

I appreciate your help, but I don’t know how the product page relates to the points and rewards element. I have seen many people in the forum with the same problem, and in many cases they have been offered a solution with a bit of CSS so that the points can be applied at checkout. I need help with that, or if you can point me to a plugin that works correctly with your template, I can’t believe that a template like Woodmart doesn’t have compatibility with any Points and Rewards plugin. Please use the default single product page (without custom layouts) with the plugin.

We cannot guarantee WoodMart Woocommerce builder to be compatible with other plugins.
