Please make a full backup of your site and check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand if is it our theme issue or not.

yes but where I can check I tried but I find the problem comes from the theme? I never have a problem like that with several woocommerce sites that I have? Just the problem on your theme thank you even if I deactivate the payment and I just leave payment to take away remains a payment by check the same problem

I have checked with the default theme and the issue still remains. It means it is not our theme issue. Please contact the plugin support in this regard. They will guide you better.
