PROBLEMS IMAGES CATEGORIES FRONTPAGE

I am having problems with how images for categories are on frontpage. I have tried changing this but it automatically is wrong all the time. How to fix this? https://ibb.co/G22W0Zz

You need to upload images for featured images of the product categories in the same size and proportion, unfortunately, it is not possible to crop images by options or custom CSS.

If we crop images large images would be just cut.

the images are 100% correct in proportions and this is a clone of salon.no which is ok- lookj at the frontpage there. Salonmarkt.de is not ok.

Why? I have tried all I canb to fix this and images are correct in proportions… no doubt… and this seems to be a bug.
