Problems in Back End

Hi! I am experiencing some issues with the new theme update which are as follows.
1) When I want to enter Theme Settings from the wordpress dashboard, it absolutely always enters the Footer section, making it impossible for me to configure the theme.
2) The Theme Setting search engine doesn’t work (I think it’s AJAX)
3) When I try to edit a website or a short code it does not let me see the HTML codes of my designs.
I provide them with access and authorization data so they can review.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme so we can check it?
