Problems updating

    Hello good Morning.
    I am trying to update or my theme may receive the following message.

    Ocorreu um erro ao atualizar WoodMart: O pacote não pôde ser instalado. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    I even tried to do a procedure that is in the group here when the same problem happens but without success!

    Hello,

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin and FTP access so we can check it?

    Hello, all non-native plugins for the theme have been disabled. Below is the data for ftp and wp-admin

    Try to go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on “Check again”. Then try to update the theme again.

    It seems that there are some access restrictions on your server. And it may cause this problem since it can’t access our update server.
    Anyway, we suggest you upload the theme manually.

    This problem should be investigated by your hosting provider. We don’t have access to your website since it has some country restriction and probably access to our server is blocked too.

    Understood, I noticed something, after the update, the icons all changed and ended up being disfigured. Something that can be done to return?

    If you already updated, just perform the steps you missed and check how it works.
