    Hello,

The Product Categories you are referring to are added to the sidebar of the Shop and Category pages through the Product Categories widget, which can be found under Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets > Add the widgets in the Shop Page Widget Area.

    Here is the Guide: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/widgets-and-sidebars/

If you have any questions feel free to contact us.

    Best Regards.

    Hello,

You do not need to edit the layout. Navigate to Appearance > Widgets > Add the Product Categories Widget in the shop widget area.

See the Screenshot for a better understanding: https://ibb.co/5xc1K11G

    Hello,

You are using a custom layout for this category and have added filters within the layout, which is why the widget sidebar isn’t working.

Try disabling the layout, and you’ll see the widget categories. If you want to keep the custom layout, use the Sidebar Elementor widget in the layout and select the “Shop Page Widget Area” sidebar.

Here below is the documentation article about custom layout: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/

I added ‘filters area’, It displays categories, I don’t even know how it works!
I am unable to select the category I want to display in the custom layout!

Additionally, I have added a sidebar layout, but I am unable to use the ‘mentor’ for editing!

Is there a way for me to customize the layout and display the specified categories in the sidebar? And tags

    #641695

    Hello,

The categories are shown in your sidebar. You can view all categories in Products > Categories. This widget displays all available categories.

If you want to show only specific categories, let me know which ones you’d like to remove. I’ll check and provide you with custom CSS to adjust the display.

I have noticed that the sidebar widget is missing in your layout, Please update the new version of the theme “WOODMART WordPress NEW: 8.1 RELEASED”, update the required plugin, and check the option: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/

If the issue remains, turn off all of the plugins not related to the theme, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

If the issue still remains, let me know and I will check and give you a possible solution.

hi, I upgraded the theme and updated the plugins!
There are still no additional widget options available!

Can you help me take a look!

    #641930

    Hello,

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I will check and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards,

I have paused all plugins, but it still remains the same!

I’m not sure which small component you said I’m missing, can you send me a picture to see?

    Hello,

Please try to increase PHP max input vars parameter on your server to 10000 and test how it works. You can ask your hosting provider for help on this matter.

The maximum value variable in PHP has been changed to 10000!
But it doesn’t make any sense!

I hope you can thoroughly check the problem before answering!
Instead of giving a perfunctory instruction and waiting for more than 24 hours to receive a response!

I have given you the account password, you can operate it freely in the temporary storage system!

hello! I have resolved the sidebar on the desktop!

But the outer sidebar of the canvas on the mobile phone is not displayed correctly!
    Please help to check!

    I hope it’s like this!

    Hello,

This is an off-canvas sidebar on mobile. To add like this, Navigate to Layouts > Edit business card Layout with page builder and add the off-canvas columns button in the layout: https://ibb.co/ycwk3tcq

You should have 2 columns and one of them should have the Column role for the off-canvas layout option. Edit the “Sidebar” column and in its settings set the Column role for “off-canvas layout” as “Off-canvas”: https://take.ms/puKlD

You can read more here https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/custom-off-canvas-sidebar/

Also, I have created the new layout on your site for archive pages and added the off-canvas sidebar for mobile and it is working fine. Navigate to layouts > check the new layout and check it.

    Hello,

Navigate to Theme Setting > Product Archive > Widgets > Toggle function for categories widget.

The “Toggle function for categories widget” option adds the “arrow” button and functionality for showing hierarchy when you have a lot of categories and subcategories: https://gyazo.com/bcd80aba111c8400b2048d60fc7dab7e

Here is an example when it is disabled: https://gyazo.com/9934cbe1bf4e842174810818eee7f002

Now on your site, it is disabled and both categories and subcategories are fully expanded.

If you have any questions feel free to contact us.

Products List Widget and WPML Multi Currency Compatibility

The website defaults to USD, and when I switch currencies, the product list widget can display the currency correctly!

But when switching currencies for the second time, the widget will not switch currencies

    Hello,

Could you please check the widget with some default WordPress themes like WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not?

    Best Regards,
