Product Attributes Issue

    I have a bunch of different options when ordering my products. I created all the product attributes… My “small” length option is only available in a “small” width. Thought if someone selected the “small” length option they would only be given the option to choose the “small” width but all options sill show and can be selected. And when someone selects one of the options not available it pops up a message saying “sorry, no products matched your selection” etc. (see attached image)

    My question is can I edit the popup message saying something else more specific to my product or can I disable the other ‘non available’ options?

    1. Translation

    In order to change / translate words. Please make sure you synced the strings first before translating WooCommerce plugin and WoodMart theme. You can refer to article https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/theme-translation/

    2. Hide other attributes

    In order to make hide other variables when one selected, navigate to Products > Attribute > click Edit on Attribute and select special designs https://prnt.sc/xw3WRjHGt0bM

    Unfortunatly there still seem to be an issue. I did setup this as you suggested but its not working…

    By the way, I have only have all the product variations on the “Dog Rose Dog Collar” so best to check setting on that one and not other products….

    So, you need to have the variant of the Product not checked with the Enable option on it and then the Disabled Swatch style will work accordingly. See these images for reference:

    Thanks for looking into this for me. Unfortunately its not working with my product for some reason. Before what I was doing was deleting the variation which was not available which was probably where I was going wrong…. Now I followed your guidance and juts ‘unchecked’ the ‘enable’ box for each of the variations not available but it does not work. Just gives the same popup message saying to ‘choose a different combination’ etc.

    Everything works correctly here.     Thank you very much for your help with the matter Hung. The issue with the variations is fixed now and I tested and it is looking good…. Only issue now is mobile is now messed up for some odd reason. I am trying to work out what up but I am not sure. Any chance you could take a look on mobile and see if you can see the same issues? (please see attached images)

    Hi flatdanny2000,

    You should clear all browser cache and deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.
