Product carousel navigation not appearing

Hello,

Although I have set Hide prev/next buttons to No in my product carousel settings and added all products to be shown, the arrows do not appear. Could you please help?

I saw the screenshot you attached. It seems that I have set the products per page value that equals the product columns on one page that’s why the arrows are not displayed.

Please make sure you have set the items per page greater than the columns accordingly from Edit page >> Edit module >> Items per page.

the items per page are set to 8 and product columns to 5, pagination if enabled appears but not the arrows. Any other suggestion?

If you are using grid view for the products then you can change the pagination style from the edit module.

I tried your suggestion but although I choose arrows in pagination it shows a grid with two lines and the arrow appears somewhere between them. Please check the link.

I have visited the URL you provided. Please describe in detail how do you actually require to display the products in a carousel or grid?? With some relevant screenshots.

And provide admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

I have sent you a video from another site I have created with your template. This is what I would like to do but to show arrows permantly and not only on hover.

I watched the video you attached. I have logged in to your website and created a test module and added it at the bottom of the homepage. You can use the same settings used inside the module or just drag and drop it where you want it to use.

Unfortunately, you cannot make the arrows to be displayed without hovering. It requires customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.

I think I got the problem, the arrows do not work when the element is in the section. I tried to put the one you configured inside the sction above and the arrows disappear.

I saw the screenshot you attached. It’s not a problem by any means, it is the default behavior of the pageable container that it doesn’t display the arrows of the module inside it.

Because the pageable container itself is a slider that slides content inside the sections.
