The ELEMENTOR plug was probably the cause of the problems. After turning it off, the products are displayed correctly.

We see that most of the files from our 6.3 version are missing. Please, reinstall the theme and make sure that all files are uploaded correctly. Get the latest version of the theme from ThemeForest.
