umigunParticipantHello,
in general, all the features of the theme are very effective. But customize did not run the filter on a product list page.
Even though all widgets, including external filters, have been added. I couldn’t get a filter like the sidebar in the demo theme. Is there any setting or deficiency that I missed, I would like your support.

In order to show such filters, you need to use the “WOODMART Woocommerce Layered Nav” widget in the Appearance -> Widgets -> Shop page Widget area.

Also, the products should have some attributes assigned, then the filters should be shown on the product page.

umigunParticipantI added it as in the document, and selected filter widget for a sidebar with elementor, but it still does not appear.

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back, however, You would better make the full backup of your site.

after much effort last night, I found the cause of the error. I think this will be a feedback for you too.
We synchronize products through an ERP, this processes product attributes and variables. But there is an interesting situation. If a variant value is entered manually, it does not appear in these filters.
For example: Size > S, M, L, XL, XXL (if defined under size) appears in the filter.
suggestion: Size > Manually entered (in this case it does not appear in the filter)November 15, 2023 at 10:27 am #512489
