    Hi,

The product grid does not appear in the correct layout in the mobile view as you can see on https://ibb.co/QFw7fG5

    How can I fix it?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello,

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

Please switch to the parent theme and check the grid.

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    Best Regards

    Hi Elise,

I disabled the plugins other than the ones you mentioned. But nothing has changed.

    Hello,

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    Best Regards

    Hi Elise,

Yes, you can do what you need. The site is already working for testing purposes. Backing up is completed.

    Hello,

Please check your theme preset rules.

The problem is caused by your theme rules.

Let mobile view have 2 items in a row and check how it works.

    Hi Elise,

I really didn’t understand what you mean. I have already selected 2 items to show in mobile view as you can see https://ibb.co/2y8JZqY

I didn’t add any preset rules for mobile view. The preset rules are the default that comes after the theme is installed. I use child theme and if I activate main theme, nothing changes.

Is there any other advice to fix it?

    Regards.
