First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :)
I saw the screenshot you attached.
1) Unfortunately, there is no option in theme settings available to make all the tabs open. You can make only one section as opened.
2) To edit the position and working of the tabs you need to Go to >> Theme Settings >> Product Page >> After Add to cart area. Edit the HTML Block used there and you can arrange them accordingly.
