Product Listing-Countdown Timer Not Displaying

Hi,

I am having difficulty with the display of the countdown timer on product listing-I have read the documentation and have enabled the option on both the product page and listing as recommended.

It displays fine on the product page, it just does not display on the product listings.

Countdown does not work with variable products as a variable product may have different price variation and it may confuse a buyer as he would not understand which price is counted down.

This product is not a variable product-it’s a simple product. The countdown works fine on the single product page (please see image attached), just not on the listings page…

On the demo’s the listing countdown is displayed with only 3 columns, could this be the issue?

Your login details for admin side will be the same if you wish to re-check.

Hello,

Make sure you have enabled the Countdown timer in the Theme Settings > Shop > PRODUCTS STYLES

If you use the Product Grid this option should be also enabled https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/product-grid-carousel-element/
