Now I see you have activated Storefront. The custom layouts work only with WoodMart theme.

The Storefront theme was for testing, what will stay on the site is the WoodMart theme.

The WoodMart Woocommerce layout allows you to create any single product template by means of the builder you use on the site in the same way as you build any page.

Our support does not cover creating templates by request.
