    Hello Bogdan,

    14.

First try to add a custom class… custom-whatsapp-social-icon

Yes, this worked. Should I add the custom code within the same page and in WP Bakery custom CSS area, as shown below-
    https://i2.paste.pics/GDKRG.png
Or else, the Global CSS area of Theme settings. Which is the preferred way, and for what reasons. Please suggest

    14.b). OK.

    15. ii). Will check and let you know.

    17. Regarding Currency switcher plugin, which is normally suggested by Support staff – https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/issue-with-cart-during-currancy-change/#post-356535

While using WOOCS (woocommerce currency switcher plugin), when I switch to other currency, say USD (from INR, which is a Base currency), then, in Price Filter Widget (shown in Sidebar on Shop page) it prepends or prefix the correct Symbol (that is USD), but the Price Values remains in INR itself (base currency).
    Shop page link – https://www.vasangini.com/shop/

I found that other users also faced the same issue earlier and few still facing. However one of the support person (named, Eric Watson) shared one solution, in below post. I tried but unfortunately, this is Not working as of now. Probably due to code of the Theme being changed afterwards. Or probably in the Woocommerce itself. (as this solution is bit older)
Response Post with Solution by Eric- 200346

Please check this video (demonstrating issue) – https://watch.screencastify.com/v/TbusjgaiIaG9KD33vAlK

Also, while switching the currency back-and-forth, the Price Value in the sidebar filter (while in USD), do Not matches with the Value shown besides “Clear Filters” Min-Max filters, as can be seen here (and at end of above video too)

Can you please check it further and share the updated code
    Please resolve this issue.

    Regards

    Hi,

    14. If you add this code to the WPBakery custom CSS area it will be available only on this current page. If you add code to the Global Custom CSS area in theme settings it will be available on all pages.

    17. We have checked this plugin with our theme in the dev environment and didn’t see a similar issue. Try to check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not.

    Kind Regards

    Hello Bogdan,

    17. I am wondering-
    i) if you have checked the WOOCS plugin in Dev environment and if it is working fine, then I think, there should not be any need to suggest on Default or Storefront. Rather, it should be checked on our site with Woodmart to keep intact.
ii) If there had not been any issues with the WOOCS multi-currency plugin, then users have Not pointed out, Specially this same issue has already been pointed out by many users and can be seen on the support forums.

iii). Also Eric Watson, has not provided the past-solution during that time (as I mentioned in link, in above post response)

iv) I cannot switch to Storefront, as site is already LIVE. Would appreciate, if you could please check it thoroughly be viewing the complete Video again (that I shared earlier) including previous post message.

    PS: Still, for reference-
I just checked with Storefront theme on our staging site, and the plugin seems Correctly working.

While using the Price Filters, it is correctly changing the Price Amount also (for USD) in the Price Filter sidebar. We tried back-and-forth with the Price filter slider, and it always shows the correct amount (including the currency symbol)
    Video – https://watch.screencastify.com/v/bxPKeaKfojEvVadxgw9c

While the same is Not working with Woodmart. Only the Currency symbol is prepended, but the Price-amount is still showing of Base currency, that is INR (as can be seen from the Video that we shared in our previous post).
Would appreciate, if you could please view that Video till end. Sometimes,

Please check this video (demonstrating issue) – https://watch.screencastify.com/v/TbusjgaiIaG9KD33vAlK

Also, while switching the currency back-and-forth, the Price Value in the sidebar filter (while in USD), do Not matches with the Value shown besides “Clear Filters” Min-Max filters, as can be seen here (and at the end of above video too)
    https://i2.paste.pics/GDL6E.png

PS: You can switch back-and-forth between Storefront and Woodmart Theme and check the WOOCS plugin. But please test and replicate on our STAGING site only (Credentials shared below in Private Content).
And you can Enable-Disable other plugins (if required)

Can you please check it further and share the updated code
    Please resolve this issue.

    Regards

    Hi,

We have checked your site with the default Woocommerce theme and in that case, the plugin also does not update the filter price (video https://take.ms/Srep5). The following issue is not caused by the Woodmart theme and we can’t fix it. To fix this issue, you need to contact with plugin support.

    Kind Regards

    Hello Bogdan,

First of all, I never said that the issue is caused by Woodmart theme alone. I requested to – please share the updated code (which Eric shared earlier), so as to resolve this issue this compatibility issue.

Also, this plugin is always being suggested by the support team, and is Free to use also. I do not understand, why will one go with the Highly Paid plugin, that too heavy one with language convertor, when one don’t require for language conversions.

The min and max price values (shows on Ajax) are not the direct features of the plugin nor of the Default Theme. So they cannot help on that either. And that needs to be adjusted within the theme itself to make it compatible.

Finally, the normal price Price Filter values on the Filter button itself works with the Plugin and can be seen from our previous Video. (sharing below again)

Can you please check and again and share the updated code in this case.

    Prev transcript for reference-
While using the Price Filters, it is correctly changing the Price Amount also (for USD) in the Price Filter sidebar. We tried back-and-forth with the Price filter slider, and it always shows the correct amount (including the currency symbol)

    Hi,

As we mentioned in the previous reply, following issue is also present in the default WordPress themes. That means that this issue is not caused by our theme. Eric’s custom code that you are mentioned is outdated and not related to the current plugin issue. Since this issue is caused by the plugin, it can’t be fixed by our theme. To fix it try to contact plugin support.

    Kind Regards
