Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I’m good. The add to cart and paypal button are just shown fine at my end. They did not disappear.
Screenshot for clarification: https://jmp.sh/8wBUA5E
It might be your cache issue. Kindly clear your site and browser cache and then check back the product page.
You can use the equal resolutions for all of your images. So they all will be in equal sizes. There is no such option to display all the images of the same size. But image should be big enough to have a nice view. Just for information we provide images sizes applied in our demo:
- Product main image: width: 800px; height: 1200px;
- Blog post: width: 1024px; height: 720px;
- Page title background: 1200px; height: 400px;
Best Regards.

Riccardo95ParticipantCiao guys ok!
But this is an old product and no ones that I lately imported.
Can you guys check on this link pls: https://www.domorama.it/uncategorized/forno-microonde-20-litri/
I don’t understand why the bottons don’t appear!
November 9, 2019 at 6:28 am #155883
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
This is not the theme issue. I think the products not imported properly. If it was the theme issue then the button should work on the other products as well so it is your import issue. Please ask your developer to check or import the products properly on your site.
Best Regards.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHelo,
You can try the Loco Translate plugin for the translation purpose.
Video tutorial for Loco Translate: https://youtu.be/D3NsDdMzslsThere is no such option to display subcategories inside the mobile menu. But you can set the categories menu of your choice form Appearance >> Menus. So that the selective menu will be shown accordingly.
Best Regards.
November 19, 2019 at 5:02 pm #157856
Riccardo95ParticipantOk, I don’t know why the products images don’t appear at the first page loading! If I refresh the page yes!

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
As your product image loads after the other content of page. If you have enabled the “Lazy loading for images” then check after disabling this option from Theme Settings >> Performance >> LAZY LOADING.
While editing your mega menu with Wp-Bakery you can directly edit those elements by clicking on the pencil icon in which the text exist then change the color and font size. In case if there is no option for font size and color then you can create your custom class and change those things.
In case if you did not achieve the font size which you want to apply by using the above method. Then share the screenshot of that specific menu. I will provide you CSS accordingly.
Best Regards.
November 21, 2019 at 9:20 am #158144
Riccardo95ParticipantOk,
1) Lazy loading was disabled and but it still not working and showing the pics! So weird. Could be a cache issue? If I refresh the page it shows correctly
2)How can I let appear like a sidebar with the subcategories in the category page? I mean like imagine: MAIN CATEGORY: ELECTRONIC if you click it it show all the electronic products, and on the side a sidebar with sub category like: Tv, Laptop ecc ecc and filter as in the screenshoot

4) How can i insert border in pre-footer like this and show it like this for mobile version? ( see 2)

Riccardo95Participant5) Do you guys have any suggestions to fix it? Like the image it doesn’t show good and many of them are bigger! How can i risolve? Should i resize all the images? If yes do you guys know a program/plugin to do it? Or there is something already set in your theme? Like an option

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterMost Welcome,
1) Yes, it might be a cache issue. I can’t check those images because your site is in maintenance mode and your prior login details are not working anymore. You can clear your site and browser cache and then check back.
2) If you want to display product categories and their sub categories in the shop sidebar. Then you need to drag and drop the Product Category widget in Shop page widget area from Appearance >> Widgets.
Screenshot: https://jmp.sh/FYXAken
Result: https://jmp.sh/GGD6dBu3) You can use the border option in your mega menu row settings.
Screenshot: https://jmp.sh/vTbcDvp4) For the prefooter border. You need to edit the prefooter html block with Wp-Bakery and use the border option inside the row settings.
5) I saw your screen shot one of the images is shown much larger in carousel. Just try to use the less resolutions for those thumbnail images. This will fix the issue, you do not need to use any plugin for this purpose.
Best Regards.
November 21, 2019 at 11:34 am #158179
Riccardo95ParticipantOk,
2) This method doesn’t show sub category inside the single category page!
Photo: What do you mean with resolution? I need to resize them cause also in the category page they are show as shit like cutted, no full image. The image resolution is already super slow and shitty ahahah

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
If you have some sub categories then they must be shown in the shop and category pages after adding product categories widget in shop page widget area. Clear your site and browser cache and check if it still not shown then share your correct admin login details and the page URL as well. I will check my self.
Try with different image size for products from Appearance >> Customize >> WooCommerce >> Product Images >> Thumbnail width.

Riccardo95ParticipantOk
November 22, 2019 at 11:57 am #158388
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Your problem is resolved. Now the sidebar is shown in your shop and category pages. Also the categories and their subcategories shown in the sidebar.
Actually you have selected 1 Column sidebar layout for your shop. So when I select 2 column layout from Theme Settings >> Shop >> SIDEBAR & PAGE TITLE then it display the widgets.

Best Regards.

PRODUCT IMAGE: I tried to clean the cache, disable lazy loading but it still doing it ( See att) May be the paypal button that takes to long to load.
CART ICON: How will be the best way to keep the cart always handy for a costumer and easier to reach it ? Make it sticky? ( Obviously i’m talking about desktop mode)

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Your shop page sidebar issue is resolved right? Which row border are you talking about?
Your product image issue is resolved now, The image is not fully shown because of you custom CSS applied from somewhere. You can check the below screenshot for clarification:
So to ignore that CSS I used the below CSS code in your global custom CSS area to fix the issue:
.owl-stage-outer{ height:100% !important; }
Result: https://jmp.sh/Jg8KRyV
Yes,sticky cart is a good option and it’s more user friendly.
Best Regards.
November 22, 2019 at 3:40 pm #158456
Riccardo95ParticipantYes the shop page is correct now! Thank u
Mh I’m talking about the pre footer border, it doesn’t allow me to change it.
Also how can make the header border responsive? Cause if i minimize the window the border goes on top of the other text.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterMos Welcome,
You can check your pre footer area shortcode from Theme settings >> Footer >> PREFOOTER AREA. And then edit that specific html block which have shortcode in your case:
“[html_block id="3926"]”
with Wp-Bakery.Check the below screenshot for applying border: https://jmp.sh/7dJ1hON
The header border is already responsive. The border line shown above the menu items when you resize the window to small size because you have a large number of menu items which did not fit in a single row on small size screens. So you need to use less number of menu items so they will not go to the next line.
Could you please check your product image sizes with some default theme like twenty nineteen so It will be clear that it is the theme issue or not. Because product images is a part of WooCommerce and our theme does not influence this.
You can check the image scales for small, medium and large size from Setting >> Media and from Appearance -> Customize -> WooCommerce -> Product images,
Also after changing the Image Size as per your requirements from Setting >> Media run this plugin to resize all your existing images to the new size: https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/Best Regards.
November 27, 2019 at 10:06 am #159324
Riccardo95ParticipantOk, Ciao,
How can I delete or don’t show the categories/image on top of the product?

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
If you do not want to show any categories before the products. Then you need to select “Show Products” from the Appearance >> Customize >> WooCommerce >> Product Catalog >> Category display.
Screenshot for clarification: https://jmp.sh/KRlHjjh
Best Regards.
