Hallo Xtemos Team ,

i tried to build a sidebar for my shop page , but i didn’t find the same widget like a screen shoot how can i get this widgit .. i have tried all woodmart widget and nothing like what i want

Please enable the sidebar in the page settings: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/options-for-pages/

Then add the widgets you want in the Appearance > Widgets > Shop page widget area. https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/widgets/

Your screen shows the Search widget, Price widget. They are Woocommerce default widgets. You can find all these widgets in Appearance > Widgets, you need to add them in the Shop page widget area. Find our documentation tutorial about this here: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/widgets/

i read the documentation and i think my problem is difference , and i have tried with all wedgit but i don’t finde the same wedgit with same style and i need to show the prodocts categorie like woodmart style
and i send you my login details to my website in private content.
with a screenshot for what wedgit i need and i hope i can get solution for this problem

Sorry to bother you with this annoying issue, but i simply can’t find the mentioned widget. I try to find the widget with different search terms. also i tried several of the ones which are given, but none of them worked.

no – this is the wrong widget!

Again: We tried this. The widget you mentioned is ONLY for displaying products, NOT product-categories as shown in my screenshot.

I attached again screenshots…

And please: NEVER switch the SITE-Language again! If you don’t understand german – what is totally ok, then switch the Language in your User-Account! This doesn’t affect SEO and the WHOLE Site!

You tried to create a template on the shop page, the shop page is an essential functional page that is not editable.

Please configure the shop page to be clean.

Ok. Let’s start from scratch.

1. We didn’t made those changes! Nor we made an Elementor-Shop Page. This was before you took hands on it a Normal-WordPress based Site.
2. We didn’t configured the Shopdesign without a Sidebar. Why did you do this?
3. Also we didn’t deleted all the already implemented widgets. Why this happens?

Everything we wan’t to achive is a simple thing, which we see on your demos. Also if we install a demo right into our development-area, it works!

Attached are again screenshots, wich prove that it is possible and describes where we have a roadblock!

1. search-widget-1.png –> tried to find the widget with the help of the add-widget button. searchterm: “kategorie”. result: none of them is the right widget.
2. search-widget-2.png –> tried to find the widget with the help of the add-widget button. searchterm: “produkt”. result: none of them is the right widget.
3. legacy-widget.png –> tried to use the legacy widget instead. inside the dropdown-field there should appear the widget “produkt-kategorie”, but it simply doesn’t! try by your own, please!
4. widget-dev-or-demo.png –> THIS is the widget wich we search for, but we SIMPLY can’t find it AND we can’t install a demo on a already existing live-site. cause this will overwrite our whole work! There must be another way to achive this. We found this on our development-area: https://woodmart-test.medienvirus.com/produkt-kategorie/lighting/
   But also there: It is there, but as soon as we try to find the SAME widget INSIDE the development-area again, we simply fail.

Please ask your DEVELOPMENT Team or one of your Coders, why we can’t find EXACTLY THIS widget manually but by installing a demo it is there…

Couldn’t be that hard to solve… 🙁

We have installed the Classic Editor and now you can easily find the appropriate widget, now we have added the Product category widget and it works, please check.
