Promo banner on mobile

How i can display the promo banner on the website like the pink screen shot in attached file ?

I would like 4 blocks on mobile please, this is possible ?

I saw the screenshots you attached.

Sorry but if you try making 4 columns on mobile then the text on the banners won’t appear correctly.

If you still want to make 4 columns then edit the columns by trying setting the columns on mobile as in the screenshot.
