2. What does it meen promo version?
2. When I used woodmart-open-newsletter (CSS class in menu item) for newsletter, can I create another promo popup with another shortcode?

WoodMart theme provides Popup element which you can add to any place of the page or a few (you need to set the individual ID for each), if you need to set the popup in footer/headr or sidebar or elsewhere, you can create HTML block, add the popup element and then insert HTML block shortcode ID. https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/

Promo version – where did you saw that?

No, you cannot use this popup in multiple places.
