    Hello Support,
I have used WP Offload Media Assets Pull (plugin) css and js and fonts to Amazon CDN. I have tested the desktop browsers works ok with only 2-3 errors, but the mobile side.
I have test any possibilities to causing this issue.

    I found:
    1. I have tested on my iPhone, cleared all the data from safari, then I use my mobile 4G (“telstra” Australia mobile )network to load my site and the layout massed up. Please see the attachment.
    2. I have cleared all the data from safari, then switched to my home WiFi, load my site the layout is normal, please see the attachment.

However, this sounds very stupid i know, but this is really happened to me, I am trying to get some information or you may experiencing this kind of issue in the past.

It very much sounds like theme has some functionality whereby it detects whether the browser is mobile and tries to do something different based on the network type, which is dead weird.

WP Offload Media Assets Pull does not do anything different based on the network type or even browser size (e.g. no responsive stuff). Either the theme, or mobile related plugins are likely changing things dynamically and not picking up the correct CDN URLs they should use.

    Best Regards,
    Alan

    Hi,

The problem seems to be caused by your network provider or by CDN service. When you use 4g, some CSS and JS files are simply not loaded and that is why your website looks different. It can’t be caused by our theme because we are not able to provide different styles based on the network.

    Kind Regards
