Purchased theme but its not installing on wordpress.com

Hi, I just bought theme and tried to install it on the wordpress platform but its not installing and there is not error shown just the timer goes on and on. i have entrepreneur plan subsribed.

Can you please disable extra plugins and try to upload and activate theme again?

If it doesn’t help, I kindly ask that you please provide me temporary wp-admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password) to the Private Content area, this will allow me to thoroughly investigate and address your concerns more efficiently.
