question about Header

hi, I have 2 questions about Header
1\ look at the attached image, I have made my header as “overlap” on desktop and mobile, and the words of header is black as defult, but my banner is red, black words is not good looking.
can I set the Menu word color is white when overlap, and when scroll down, it change to black if the header become to white ground?
2\ when I start to scoll down the page, the header will sticky, but after I continue to scroll, the sticky header will be hide, where can I set the percentage to control the header hide ?I want the header sticky more longer .

1. Navigate to Theme Settings > Typography > Advanced. In this area, you can assign elements to Main navigation links and change the color.

2. Navigate to WoodMart > Header builder > edit default header (highlighted star icon) or you can go through admin bar directly https://prnt.sc/Ct9ehRDvvDV9.

Click on the Settings button > Sticky header tab and turn off Hide when scrolling down option https://prnt.sc/X86FZPq_7wlI
