Question regarding update

If i update theme all customisation and woocommerce products will be lost?
If yes, what should I do to save all my settings and changes in theme?

All the Customizations will be lost when you update the theme. And the products will not be lost.

You need to make sure that you have all your customizations in the child theme before updating the theme.
