19xela86ParticipantIs it possible to create a SALE category in which all products that have a reduced price are automatically displayed? I could of course create a SALE category and assign products to the category but that would require additional work. I’m looking for an automatic option.
Thank you

Hung PhamKeymasterHi 19xela86,
Thanks for reaching to us.
You can use
Products (grid or carousel)
widget and specify category to display products https://prnt.sc/MQ70lPkfQORuRegards,

19xela86ParticipantOk, do I understand correctly that I basically have to recreate a category page?

Hung PhamKeymasterHi 19xela86,
If you want to recreate Archive Product Category page, then you can use Product page builder, which is part of WooCommerce builder from WoodMart.
Here is the documentation:

19xela86ParticipantSorry, but I don’t understand how to get further with the layouts. When I create a layout for Produts archives, it changes all categories. But I only need a SALE page with the customized content.

19xela86ParticipantHi!
Ok, but then I would have to create an additional SALE category and assign the reduced products to the category or not? I wanted a category that automatically only shows discounted products.Best regards

Hung PhamKeymasterHi 19xela86,
If you leave default settings, it will automatically display products that assign to category.

19xela86ParticipantIf I leave everything at default, then the layout affects all categories. I also don’t want to have to assign a SALE category to all discounted products. Isn’t there a way I can have a SALE category that automatically shows all products that have a discounted price?

Hung PhamKeymasterHi 19xela86,
Sorry if I didn’t explain myself well, I mean you should leave settings of widget default.
I created demo
SALE
category archive layout Now, if you add sale products to that category, they will display products automatically.Regards,

19xela86ParticipantThanks for your effort, but I think you don’t understand my request correctly 🙂 I don’t want to reduce the price of the products and also have to assign a SALE category. I want the products to automatically appear in the SALE category after I reduce the price. I don’t want to manually assign the products to the SALE category.

Hung PhamKeymasterHi 19xela86,
Unfortunately, there is no such an option. You need to find a third party plugin to achieve more functionality that best suits you.
