Dear support am opening this ticket because am facing a VERY strange issue with woodmart elementor widget (search filters) that is a search bar that you can filter products.

I have this filter placed in 3 product categories:
    https://new.demetriadeshandling.com/product-category/new-and-used-forklift-trucks/
    https://new.demetriadeshandling.com/product-category/new-and-used-forklift-trucks/new-forklift-trucks/
    https://new.demetriadeshandling.com/product-category/new-and-used-forklift-trucks/used-forklift-trucks/

The issue is that sometimes it displays my attributes/options correctly, but sometimes is not showing nowthing from the results and you have to do a refresh of the page to show them. That’s really strange because is not working properly, in random times whenever the system wants it shows or not shows the search system filters/options/attributes.

For example now i’ve visited one of those pages that i placed this widget, and the filters wasn’t showing and when i refresh the page where shown like it should.

    Hi there

    (1) Issue works fine sometimes and sometimes not so that’s the strange thing and is very important to be solved.

When i was presenting the website to the client the issue shown up and he was really frustrated once he saw the filters that way, you should do some deep inspecting and you will see the issue, try different browsers or devices and am 100% sure you’ll see the issue

    Hello,

It might be a cache issue on your site. try disabling caching temporarily to see if the issue persists. Cached data might sometimes conflict with dynamic content like search filters
Try to go Woocommerce >> Status >> Tools >> Regenerate Product lookup tables:

    Best Regards.
