Seeing Demo Websites Setup?

I would like to see how some of the demo websites are setup, and for example import the headers I like.
Is there a way to do this?

Thanks for the reply, but I would like to see how some of the headers on the demo websites are setup, without installing those demo websites somewhere else. Is this possible?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to directly export the exact header setups from the WoodMart demo websites without installing the demo.
You can create a staging site, install the desired demo there, and then export the header from the staging site to import it into your live website.
