“Checkout top content” not work but “Checkout content layout” working done.

Not issue theme but issue is “Checkout top content” layout.

I have created the same before but it is getting coupon code error which I discussed in topic number #395650, #395860.

Applying the coupon code in the checkout page layout becomes an order.
