    Hello, I am building a new shop and when adding the “Basic” template, the frontend went broken, please see the attached screenshot. I removed the template and reset the theme, but no changes. Can you help?

    Please disable any plugins not directly related to our theme and provide us with your admin access details. We will log in to your dashboard and investigate the issue. Please ensure that you only keep the following plugins that are necessary for our theme to work correctly:
    – WoodMart core
    – WooCommerce
    – Elementor/WPBakery Page Builder

    Hello and thank you!
    access details are in the private section, WP and FTP.
    I also had some trouble with max_execution_time and max_input_vars. The provider says they can not fix it but I must insert the following into htaccess, I did so but it worked only once but later tjhe same problem occured. Could you please look into this too?

    php_value max_execution_time 300
    php_value max_input_vars 3000

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay.

    1. May I remove all imported content and reimport it?

    2. Looks like the settings from htaccess file work, just set the max_input_vars as 10000 and enable the file_get_content on your server (You need to contact your provider and ask to enable this option.) – https://prnt.sc/njNmP5Fy9kME

    The provider says they will not enable the file_get_content. So,I must change the provider because my shop will not work with Woodmart when the file_get_content is not enabled, right?

    1. Currently, your site is not working – https://prnt.sc/QkjCjM534M36, let me know if you changed the URL or something else.

    2. In general, if you use the latest version of the theme, the disabled file_get_content will not affect the site. So you can leave it disabled.

    Thank you! Website is accessible again. Error log, admin and FTP access are in private content.
    Last attempt! If these issues are all provider-related, I would rather change the hoster and dont waste more time on thie issue

    We tried to locate error log files on the server but can’t find them. Could you please send us exact path where we can monitor PHP logs in real time? Also, ask your hosting provider to enable PHP error log display on your website temporarily.

    Hello, I swiched to another provider and all problems vanished. Theme and support are perfect, provider (Hosteurope) was the only problem.
