I saw the screenshot you attached.
1) You can change the logo from Woodmart >> Header Builder >> Edit Header.
You can choose from the icons on the right top to toggle between mobile and desktop.

2) The categories in the shop page sidebar are generated automatically. You just need to add some categories under Products >> Categories then they will be displayed in the shop page title.
3) You can change the color from Theme Settings >> Styles & Colors.
4) You can edit the footer copyrights from Theme Settings >> Footer.

5) You can edit the sidebar widgets from Appearance >> Widgets >> Shop page widget area.
