    Hello,

I am checking the shop page and I cannot catch the problem: https://gyazo.com/432ccbed971f57da2e99f03890f00660

I have checked both: as a logged-in user and on the incognito page.

Please describe the steps on how to reproduce the problem.

    Best Regards

    Hello,

Please confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. This testing may take up to 15 minutes. You would better make the full backup of your site.

I saw this problem when I first time entered your site, then I have switched pagination, saved the Theme Settings and now I cannot catch the problem.

Ask your friends to test, if they see this problem?

    Hello there,

As I said before I have checked on multiple devices. I think you are not following the exact steps.

on the shop page if you do Load More products 1-2 times, Just RELOAD the Whole page like Command + R, after that I am getting 404.

In your videos you just doing load more products.

Please check and let us know.

    Hello,

I have consulted our developers the problem is caused by index.php in the URL. Please read this article: http://dejanjanosevic.info/remove-index-php-permalink-in-wordpress/

    Brilliant! It worked.

I only removed the index.php from the custom structure and now it’s kept as a post-name structure. Just want to know do I have to follow other steps of htaccess etc.?

One more thing, when reloading the page it’s only showing that page number products, not all the pages for which I did a load more. Have a look at the screenshot or try yourself, please.

    Thanks

    Hello,

If I understand your question properly, you need to increase the number of products shown on the page.

    Best Regards
