short a category by attribute

Dear support,

We sell hats and I have an attribute for the “Season”, Winter, Summer

Is there a way in categories to short by the “Season”? When winter, show winter hats first followed by Summer hats in the category

Sorry to but we didn’t get your concern a bit correctly. Could you please elaborate more with some useful Screenshots for our better understanding.

If you are referring to sorting Products under a Category page automatically then there isn’t an option available for that.

For Sorting, there are default WooCommerce sort options available which are:

Popularity
Average rating
Newness
Price: low to high
Price: high to low

These options by default show under the Filters.

If you want to add the Products Attributes under the Sidebar or the Filter area of the Shop or Category pages on your Site then you can go to Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets > there under the Shop page Widget Area & Shop filters > you can add there WOODMART WooCommerce Layered Nav widgets > and select the Attributes in there > and this is how the Attributes can be displayed in the Filters area as well as the Shop or Category pages Sidebar: https://ibb.co/dDj7xnX
