show "product-tabs-wrapper" on mobile

on the products pages, the section containing the detailed information of the products, identified in the code as “product-tabs-wrapper” only appears on desktop but not on mobile, how can we modify that please?

the problem is on page products, on mobile device “product-tabs-wrapper” does not appear, i would like it appears like on deskop device.

i have an other question about the category menu (named “tous les produits” on my website, is it possible to fix it on scroll? Because it desappears on scroll but it contain all the products witch is the principal section of the website…
